In our team interventions ACT Partners uses well proven concepts and tools as MBTI, Lencioni, Team roles etc… 360° analysis and in depth intakes prepare the process that will be launched.

During the session we work on optimising the mutual acquaintance of all team members.   Depending on the team need Actpartners makes sure that clarity and alignment is created on 3 aspects. Having an inspiring story, selecting critical (role modelling) behaviours and agreeing on systems and structures that will make the story come alive.

How

All interventions are tailor-made. Detecting the crucial needs and maturity of the team through intakes or 360 analysis is the mandatory start off. Pragmatic sessions and follow up activities are organised and facilitated as a consequence of the retrieved info.

Team leaders (and team members) get personal coaching support in order to anchor session outcomes in the teams daily, now optimised, way of working.
