How to restore collaboration between two teams of different companies, working in a customer – supplier relationship.
The people in the cross border teams were supposed to work together at a high level and within highly visible projects. They were working for different companies in different countries with different values and cultures. On top of that there where clear personal differences and issues between members of the two teams.
1,5 day session on neutral terrain with both teams and their team leaders. All personal frustrations and technical issues between the teams were addressed.
In this process people learned to know one another personally and things where discussed without dogmas. As a result, working together and personal relationships were restored. The teams were back on speaking terms and had a clear action plan of what to do and how to do it.
