We created a team of 8 persons from different layers of the organization. Together we made an innovation assignment that was also signed by the director. In different steps we created 6 mini business cases in 15 weeks using the FORTH method.
6 mini business cases were implemented in the company and 3 of them were operational as soon as within 3 months. The turnover was increasing.
